Ingredients:
- Sodastream sparkling water
- Soda Press Co. Passionfruit & Mandarin Kombucha concentrate
- Orange juice
- Passionfruit pulp
- Passion fruit wheel
- Edible flowers
Method:
To Prepare the Sodastream sparkling water. Fill a Sodastream 1 Litre bottle to the line with cold water and carbonate. Add 30ml of your SodaPress Passionfruit Mandarin Kombucha concentrate, 15ml of orange juice and the pulp of half a passionfruit to a coupe glass (use tinned if fresh can’t be sourced). Top it up with fresh sparkling water – and garnish with a passion fruit wheel and an edible flower.
