Sodastream sparkling water, to top
- 30ml Soda Press Co Crisp Apple syrup
- 60ml bourbon
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- A sprig of thyme to garnish
- Ice
Method:
To prepare the Sodastream sparkling water: Fill a Sodastream 1 Litre Bottle to the line with cold water and carbonate.
In a tumbler glass, add ice, Soda Press Co Crisp Apple syrup, bourbon and lemon juice. Mix together gently with a spoon and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
