Ingredients:
- Sodastream sparkling water, to top
- Sodastream’s Zeroes Lime Sparkling Drink Mix
- 60ml white rum
- 6-10 mint leaves, gently bruised
- Ice
Method:
To prepare the Sodastream sparkling water: Fill a Sodastream 1 Litre Bottle to the line with cold water and carbonate.
Slowly add a capful of Sodastream’s Zeroes Lime Sparkling Drink Mix. Combine by gently shaking.
In a tall glass, add ice, white rum and mint leaves. Top with Sodastream’s Zeroes Lime Sparkling Drink Mix and garnish with a sprig of mint.
