Ingredients:

• SodaStream sparkling water
• 15ml @SodaStream Classics Ginger Beer
• 15ml Lemon Juice
• 2 Slivers fresh ginger
• 1 sage leaf, to garnish
• 45ml bourbon or whiskey (optional)

Method:

To prepare the SodaStream sparkling water: Fill a SodaStream 1 Litre Bottle to the line with cold water and carbonate. Combine SodaStream Ginger Beer, bourbon or whiskey and lemon juice in a glass with ice and shake. Top with SodaStream sparkling water. Garnish with fresh ginger and sage.
