Ingredients:
- Sodastream sparkling water
- 15ml Sodastream Classics Ginger Beer
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 2 Slivers fresh ginger
- 1 sage leaf, to garnish
- 45ml bourbon or whiskey (optional)
Method:
To prepare the Sodastream sparkling water: Fill a Sodastream 1 Litre Bottle to the line with cold water and carbonate. Combine Sodastream Ginger Beer, bourbon or whiskey and lemon juice in a glass with ice and shake. Top with Sodastream sparkling water. Garnish with fresh ginger and sage.
