Ingredients:
- Sodastream sparkling water
- 50ml Limoncello
- 60ml prosecco
- 15ml simple syrup
- A sprig of rosemary
- A slice of lemon
Method:
To Prepare the Sodastream sparkling water. Fill a Sodastream 1 Litre bottle to the line with cold water and carbonate. In a wine glass or champagne flute, add Limoncello, prosecco and 15ml of simple syrup into a glass. Top with sparkling water and garnish with some sprigs of rosemary and a slice or two of fresh lemon.
