100ml blackberrybublyTM
- 35ml bourbon
- 15ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 15ml simple syrup
- 1/2 jalapeño, sliced
- Blackberries and mint for garnish
Method:
To Prepare the SodaStream Bubly sparkling water. Fill a SodaStream 1 Litre bottle to the line with cold water and carbonate and then add 3/4 of a tea spoon of blackberry bubly .
- Muddle lemon juice, jalapeños, simple syrup, and blackberries in a martini shaker.
- Add ice and bourbon.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with prepared blackberrybubly™ bubly drops® beverage and stir until mixed together.
- Garnish with jalapeño, blackberries, and mint.
