Ingredients:


  • 30ml Aperol
  • 20ml Gin
  • 20ml white wine
  • Sparkling water

Method:


  • Pour all ingredients into a wine glass
  • Add ice and two slices of an orange, or any favorite citrus fruit of your choice, and mix for 10 seconds
  • Add sparkling water and mix lightly
  • Serve and enjoy!
