We deliver to most MAINLAND areas - In the case where freight surcharges are excessive, the buyer can contact Sodastream and given the opportunity to pay an additional freight charge.
Please note delivery times will be longer during public holidays (Christmas, Easter etc.) and we don't currently deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel lockers or addresses outside of mainland Australia. All orders for these locations will be cancelled and refunded.
Orders from our website are final and returns or refunds will not be accepted unless faulty. Faulty goods will only be accepted for return with the inclusion of a receipt.
