Do SodaStream products come with a warranty?

Sure do! All SodaStream Sparkling Water Makers have a 2-year limited warranty, valid from the purchase date*. If your product malfunctions within the warranty period, and we determine the malfunction is due to faulty workmanship or materials, SodaStream will send you a replacement of new or comparable value, free of charge.

Warranty Limitations: This warranty is given on the condition that the machine has been correctly used strictly in accordance with SodaStream instructions as detailed in your Sparkling Water Make user manual.
Please see the terms of the warranty provided with your purchase for more information on the SodaStream Warranty.
If the fault has occurred due to misuse, we remain at your service but would request payment for the repair or replacement, which can be arranged through an authorized SodaStream Retailer or the SodaStream Customer Care team. For the warranty to remain valid, repair or service of your Sparkling Water Maker must be arranged through an authorised Retailer or the SodaStream Customer Care team.

As soon as you have placed your order, you go straight to the next step! Orders are currently processed and delivered within 4-14 working days.
We deliver to most MAINLAND areas - In the case where freight surcharges are excessive, the buyer can contact Sodastream and given the opportunity to pay an additional freight charge.
Please note delivery times will be longer during public holidays (Christmas, Easter etc.) and we don't currently deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel lockers or addresses outside of mainland Australia. All orders for these locations will be cancelled and refunded.
Orders from our website are final and returns or refunds will not be accepted unless faulty. Faulty goods will only be accepted for return with the inclusion of a receipt.
