What is the difference between the two cylinder systems?

The new Quick Connect pink-handle system, which is compatible with our SodaStream DUO™ Sparkling Water Maker, offers a new and effortless way to insert and remove your gas cylinder without the need to screw it into the Sparkling Water Maker. You no longer need to check if the cylinder has been tightened enough or too much.

Are existing products (bottles, cylinders) compatible with the SodaStream DUO™ Sparkling Water Maker?

The SodaStream DUO™ Sparkling Water Maker can be used with our dishwasher-safe 1L glass carafe and our regular 1L Fuse bottle.

The 1L classic bottle, the 0.8L glass carafe (from the Crystal), the 0.5L bottle and My Only Bottle (0.5L) are not compatible.

The SodaStream DUO™ Sparkling Water Maker can only be used with the SodaStream Quick Connect Cylinder. The blue screw-system cylinders are not compatible with the SodaStream DUO™.

As soon as you have placed your order, you go straight to the next step! Orders are currently processed and delivered within 4-14 working days.

We deliver to most MAINLAND areas - In the case where freight surcharges are excessive, the buyer can contact Sodastream and given the opportunity to pay an additional freight charge.

Please note delivery times will be longer during public holidays (Christmas, Easter etc.) and we don't currently deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel lockers or addresses outside of mainland Australia. All orders for these locations will be cancelled and refunded.

Orders from our website are final and returns or refunds will not be accepted unless faulty. Faulty goods will only be accepted for return with the inclusion of a receipt.

Sparkle Note: All of our Sparkling Water Makers come with a 2-year warranty.
