How To Create Carbonation With Sodastream TERRA®​

Click it in securely and you’re ready to fizz.

Add cold water to the fill line, then snap-lock the bottle into place for a secure fit and it is time to fizz!

FAQs

Are existing products (bottles, cylinders) compatible with the Sodastream TERRA® Sparkling Water Maker?

The Sodastream TERRA® Sparkling Water Maker comes with a dishwasher-safe carbonating bottle but can be used with our dishwasher-safe 1L plastic carbonating bottle, the 0.5L plastic carbonating bottle, and our regular 1L carbonating bottle.

 

Sparkle Note: The amount of water the bottle can hold for carbonation is less than the full bottle volume. Please see your user guide for more information.

You can only use the SodaStream Quick Connect Cylinder with the Sodastream TERRA® Sparkling Water Maker. The blue screw-system cylinders are not compatible with the Sodastream TERRA®.

You can exchange your existing cylinder for the new Quick Connect Cylinder at retail location which carries the new Quick Connect Cylinder.

Does my Sodastream TERRA® Sparkling Water Maker come with a warranty?

Sure does! Your Sodastream TERRA® Sparkling Water Maker comes with at least a 2-year limited warranty, valid from the purchase date. Register your Sparkling Water Maker and receive 2 extra years of warranty!

We deliver to most MAINLAND areas - In the case where freight surcharges are excessive, the buyer can contact Sodastream and given the opportunity to pay an additional freight charge.

Please note delivery times will be longer during public holidays (Christmas, Easter etc.) and we don't currently deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel lockers or addresses outside of mainland Australia. All orders for these locations will be cancelled and refunded.

Orders from our website are final and returns or refunds will not be accepted unless faulty. Faulty goods will only be accepted for return with the inclusion of a receipt.

Sparkle Note: All of our Sparkling Water Makers come with a 2-year warranty.
