Hibiscus and Lemon Kombucha
- SodaStream Sparkling Water
- 30ml Soda Press Co. Kombucha concentrate
- 15ml lemon juice.
- 15ml Hibiscus flower syrup
- 1 Hibiscus flower
- To prepare the SodaStream sparkling water: Fill a SodaStream 1 Litre Bottle to the line with cold water and carbonate.
- In a tall glass, add Soda Press Co. Kombucha concentrate, lemon juice and Hibiscus flower syrup. Gently mix with a spoon and add in the hibiscus flower. Top with sparkling water.
