Hibiscus and Lemon Kombucha


  • SodaStream Sparkling Water
  • 30ml Soda Press Co. Kombucha concentrate
  • 15ml lemon juice.
  • 15ml Hibiscus flower syrup
  • 1 Hibiscus flower



  • To prepare the SodaStream sparkling water: Fill a SodaStream 1 Litre Bottle to the line with cold water and carbonate.
  • In a tall glass, add Soda Press Co. Kombucha concentrate, lemon juice and Hibiscus flower syrup. Gently mix with a spoon and add in the hibiscus flower. Top with sparkling water.
