Ingredients:

• 50ml white rum
• 20ml sugar syrup
• 20ml lime juice
• Sliced kiwi fruit
• Sliced lime
• Sprig fresh mint

Instructions:

To prepare the SodaStream sparkling water: Fill a SodaStream 1 Litre Bottle to the line with cold water and carbonate.
• Add rum, sugar syrup and lime juice into a martini glass filled with ice.
• Top with fresh sparkling water.
• Garnish with kiwi and lime slices and a sprig of mint.
